The volumes for 1964-1976 have apparent errors in the recording of the admittance numbers. However, entries in the two volumes are in correct chronological order. The volume for 1977-1995 does not contain admittance numbers; its entries are simply in chronological order. Information recorded may, but does not always, include name, admission/discharge dates and diagnoses, birth date, age, race, gender, religion, referred by, attending physician, length of hospitalization, and building (residence).
